The university community is invited to the semester’s second guest lecture about the historic Saint John’s Bible. This Wednesday, Feb. 18, George Fox’s Howard Macy and Mark Terry will present “Light from the Hebrew Scriptures” from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Hoover 105.
In addition, this Friday, Feb. 20, Paul Anderson will continue his “Turning of the Page” series regarding the Bible from 4 to 4:30 p.m. in the MLRC.

The Saint John’s Bible is the first completely handwritten and illuminated Bible to have been commissioned by a Benedictine Abbey (Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minn.) since the invention of the printing press. The Heritage Edition of The Saint John’s Bible is the full-size fine art reproduction of the original.
