This is a scholarship writing workshop that will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 5 in the Cap and Gown Room. Gerardo Ochoa, the coauthor of Path to Scholarships® College Edition, will be leading the workshop where you will get the chance to:
- Complete a rough draft of a winning scholarship essay
- Learn how to compile the necessary components of a scholarship application
- Learn how to get quality letters of recommendation
- Learn about scholarship opportunities available to students

2. Pay ONLY $10 cash to the SpIL office (located on the corner of Meridian & Sheridan St). Regular price for the materials, guest speaker, supplies is more than $75 which is paid for by GFU, so this is a FANTASTIC deal!
